For international orders, Biyode provides Free Shipping, Express Prep, and Global Express, with delivery typically taking 3–11 business days. Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping option and destination.

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement for "change of mind".
We offer a 30-day refund & exchange policy, effective from the date of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and meet the conditions of our Refund & Exchange Policy.
